Role: Head of Data
Duration: 6 months
Rate: 700 - 1000
Status: Inside IR35
Location: Stratford Upon Avon (Hybrid - 1 day a week in office)

Role requirements
As the Head of Data your role will be to work with the wider business to ensure the strategic direction/roadmap remain aligned and the data quality is achieved. There are numerous new products launching to market and a large part of your role will be to develop the data quality vision and roadmap

• The role is split into evolving best practice data management (40%), Data Product delivery (20%), Team Management (20%)
• Develop monitoring and tracking dashboard
• Be accountable for metadata and DQ checkpoints
• Oversee team deliverables

You will need

• Extensive experience as a Head of data
• Strong experience within Data Quality including making strategic decisions
• Proven experience working with roadmaps and improving data quality
• Team leadership experience
• Prior experience within financial services would be desirable
