A premium lifestyle brand with cross category products including apparel and accessories, is looking to build out their global strategy team and requiring a Director of Customer Experience and Innovation (CIX).
The CIX team is focused on leveraging consumer insights and predictive analytics to drive personalised customer experiences at scale. You would be managing all aspects of market research and customer segmentation to deliver key insights and strategy across all the different brands and channels globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the transformation of the customer experience
- Develop and design strategy of Global CIX, leveraging consumer insights and analytics for personalised customer experience
- Implement data offering within CIX team to ensure there is quantitatively evidenced decision making behind strategic decisions
Requirements
- Strategy consulting experience, minimum of Manager level
- B2C industry experience, ideally with a heavy focus on high end retail and luxury
- Experience in data-centred projects and insight, translating consumer data into team strategy
- Experience in customer experience and customer-focussed innovation/propositions.
- Excellent Stakeholder relations
