Geospatial Software Engineer

We are recruiting for a number of Software Engineers to join a really interesting project around Geographic Information Systems and Geospatial Software Development.

Working with an expert team you will act as a GIS SME standardising an enormous data set and building a useable platform to access and utilise this data. 

As one of the world's largest data projects this work will allow a wide variety of stakeholders, from government to the general public, to utilise this geographic data and utilise the information to inform business/environmental decision making.

Criteria/Responsibilities

• Expertise in Geographic Information systems (GIS)
• Ability to develop geospacial web applications using ArcGIS products
• Expertise in scripting using ArcGIS Python API 
• Engage in development of software as a Full Stack software engineer
• Use multiple programming languages such as Python and C#
• Skilled in front-end web development technologies 
• Experience in constructing web solutions using Javascript frameworks
• Proficient in using ArcGIS Javascript API, ArcGIS Runtime, ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Desktop
• Knowledge of ISO Geospatial and OGC standards
