We're working with a global IT services consultancy to recruit aGenesys SMEfor their Tier 1 Banking customer.
This is an initial 3 month contract which is expected to renew on a 3 monthly basis long term. It's a hybrid role involving travel onsite 2 or 3 days each week either to the customer's London or Sheffield offices.

This is an initial 3 month contract which is expected to renew on a 3 monthly basis long term. It's a hybrid role involving travel onsite 2 or 3 days each week either to the customer's London or Sheffield offices.
Key Responsibilities For The Role Will Include
- Implementation + integration of Genesys Cloud solutions and supporting the migration from on-prem
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions
- Leading discovery sessions to understand current processes and preparing design documents in line with outcomes from these sessions
- Preparing project plans and action trackers and ensuring delivery against key timelines
- Expertise with Genesys Cloud Platform
- Hands on experience across the design + implementation life cycle, preferably from within a financial services environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support development teams
