Niyaa People are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a team within the UK's leading FM provider working on justice buildings, schools, council buildings and treatment centres across Walsall and Warwickshire.The successful candidate will be expected to carry out reactive and planned works.This is a contract role, with the option of permanent employment offered after the 12 week contract period. You will also be provided with a competitive salary when permanent, a company van and fuel card, generous holiday allowance, various training and benefits, along with clear progression routes. The Commercial Gas Engineer role is:
- Walsall and Warwickshire based
- Commercial contracts
- 28-30 an hour with a salary of 38,000-42,000 when permanent
- Monday - Friday + call outs
- Reactive and emergency repairs
- Planned maintenance on gas appliances and pipe work
- Carry out works on various contracts
- Company van supplied, fully equipped and stocked
- Up to 33 days annual leave allowance
- Overtime available at an increased rate (x1.5/x2.0)
