Job Overview:

ABC Teachers, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Mathematics Supply Teacher for a full-time position in Walsall. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality mathematics lessons to students across various age groups and abilities.
• Plan and prepare engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for mathematics.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the mathematics curriculum.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and maintain open communication with parents and guardians.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge in mathematics.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work collaboratively with school staff.
• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning experience for all students.
• Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
• All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
