Job Description: The Full Stack Developer at GetElected will play a crucial role in developing core features for a campaign platform and freelance marketplace aimed at transforming political processes. This position requires collaboration with founders to create scalable and user-friendly applications while contributing to the overall tech roadmap. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the development of core features across the campaign platform, SaaS tools, and freelance marketplace.
  • Collaborate with founders to design and deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications.
  • Build out MVPs and iterate rapidly based on client and user feedback.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, data models, and long-term tech roadmap.
  • Help implement systems for candidate-voter analytics, campaign dashboards, and AI-driven content tools.
  • Work closely with the CTO and CPO to ideate new tools and technology products for clients.

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years full stack experience (Node.js, Python or similar backend / React, Next.js or similar frontend).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud services (e.g. AWS or GCP), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Experience building scalable, maintainable code in a startup or product-focused environment.
  • Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and general best practices.

What You’ll Do
