This role is part of the Strategic Marketing and Customer Experience team. You will partner with the Software Solutions business unit, and other business lines within Market Intelligence, to design and implement marketing programs supporting our software solutions business across private markets and private credit products, including our iLEVEL software.
Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation in key global regions via integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital and social channels.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs to business and marketing leaders.
- Collaborate and guide the contributions of functional specialist teams (content, design, events, email, digital, social media, etc.) within the larger marketing department and at external agencies.
- Oversee production and logistics for hosted and third-party events and conferences.
- Be a collaborative team player across marketing, product, client management and sales.
- Contribute to concept development, project management, and execution for large-scale collaborative branding projects within software solutions.
Basic Qualifications: (define basic qualifications)
- A marketing background with 4-5 years' experience within the financial services industry, fintech or enterprise software.
- Hands-on working knowledge of key marketing and sales technology systems including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong writer with experience in creating and editing complex product messaging and thought leadership content.
- Collaborative contributor who is able to achieve goals by influencing and partnering with senior leaders, other members of the marketing team, and third-party partners.
- Ability to work with multiple cultures and stakeholders across global locations and time zones.
- Experience in working across the marketing team and different internal functions.
- Knowledge of the private capital markets (including private equity, venture capital and/or private credit) is highly valued.
