HR Team Assistant role for a 12 months contract

Description:

Provides a full range of secretarial/administrative support to the HRLT members

A visible role requiring uppermost level of confidentiality, discretion, professionalism and flexibility.

Supports HRLT members including diary management (organizing meetings, interviews and calls and any rescheduling as required)

Preparation and submission of travel expense reports.

Create Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and track invoices and costs against the PO, extending where necessary or requesting additional PRs if needed; Vendor creation, maintain files

Provides general HR administrative support to the department as requested.

Administrate HR intranet page

Uses own independent judgment and discretion to perform other administrative duties within generally defined policies and practices and supports the LT

Set up SharePoint pages; Teams Channel pages and administrate them.

Set up Onboarding's for new team members

Perform other duties as assigned, e.g. for HR digital team and projects
