Join our front-end team responsible for constructing and maintaining consumer-facing and lender-facing web applications. Work with a modern tech stack based on React, interfacing with our proprietary RESTful API on AWS.

Your responsibilities include: * Designing, coding, testing, and deploying features and bug fixes. * Crafting an enjoyable user experience for both consumers and business users. * Implementing web analytics and 'growth' engineering strategies. * Collaborating with various teams for optimal outcomes. * Engaging in code reviews to ensure reliable, maintainable, scalable, performant, and secure code.

As a team member, you'll simplify complexity, troubleshoot bugs, and learn from and contribute to the team's success. We follow an agile approach with cycles and daily asynchronous updates, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

About You:

3+ years of front-end programming experience in React, bringing a solid foundational knowledge in software development, systems, troubleshooting, and teamwork.
