p>I have an immediate requirement for a Freelance Site Manager with Fit Out experience. This is a 3 week contract working for a fit out contractor and you will be working in Castle Donington. This contract role is due to start on Monday 22nd January 2024.

You will have previous experience of supervising trades within a Construction environment - this is a small fit out project where you will be managing a site which will consist of the following programme of works:

  • Strip out
  • New Floor installation
  • Installation of a self serve counter
  • Painting/Refresh of current decoration.

You will have SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card and be able to start on Monday 22nd January 2024.

Contract rate is negotiable Dependent on experience.
