Unite People are working specialist groundworks contractor to recruit a Freelance Site Engineer, who can also carry out some management duties inculding briefings, diaries, and monitoring a construction programme.

You be responsible setting out and successful delivery of foundations, drainage, externals, roads & sewers.

Key Duties:

• Setting out of all groundworks activity onsite
• Supervision of site staff
• Ensure audits are undertaken
• Daily diaries, and progress updates with a Project Manager
• Delivering briefings and inductions to site staff
• monitoring of site safety

Requirements & Qualifications:

• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience of working with a self-delivery groundworks team
• Proficient IT Skills
