Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out safety assessments: Functional Hazard Analysis (FHA), Preliminary System Safety Assessment (PSSA), System Safety Assessment (SSA), Aircraft-level Safety Synthesis.
- Prepare and review certification deliverables: Safety Plans, Certification Plans, Compliance Reports, Verification Summaries.
- Work directly with CAAC, EASA, and internal teams to support certification audits and design reviews.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to flight control and safety teams.
- Perform system architecture trade-off analysis to support optimal design decisions.
- Participate in developing design assurance processes aligned with ARP4754A, ARP4761, ED-135, ED-79.
- Optionally support research or standardization related to UAS, VTOL, and future digital safety tools.
Key Skills:
- Masters Degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of experience in flight control systems, safety engineering, or certification for Part 25 aircraft.
- Deep understanding of ARP4754A / ED-79 and ARP4761 / ED-135.
- Hands-on experience preparing or reviewing EASA certification documents.
- Familiar with FTA, FMEA, and other safety analysis methods.
- Experience in regulatory engagement with EASA, FAA, CAAC.
- Strong communication skills; Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus.
