Job Description
- Builds relationships within and across teams and provides effective communication and listening skills
- Involvement in supply chain strategy and approach, aiding towards global goals and objectives
- Deliver aggressive year on year savings targets to meet or exceed budgets
- Manage supply chain risks, both in terms of material availability and cost in collaboration with manager on site
- Demonstrate the use of the methodology to collate spend opportunities within spend categories, and the analytical ability to process the information received into a sourcing recommendation
- Develop, lead and manage the procurement process for project specific areas of spend
- Maintenance of fixed pricing schedules, maximising long term agreements and ensuring global requirements are considered
