Morgan McKinley is looking to hire a Financial Accountant who is immediately available - London, Richmond- 350 - 400 Per day, with a great work balance
We are looking to appoint a Financial Accountant for a global business based in London.
Morgan McKinley London are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised brand, known for their reputation within the Luxury space based in Central London to recruit for their role of Financial Accountant. This is a contract/ interim role. It will need someone with immediate start.
The role:
Preparing Statutory Accountants and support in the year end Audit
Complete VAT returns
Month-end financial accounting and reporting activities
Preparation of quarterly joint venture accounts
Maintenance and reconciliation of the fixed asset register
Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts
Preparing and presenting cost analyst on a weekly basis
The person:
Proven ability to lead the year end audit
Able to take ownership over VAT returns and statutory accounts
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)
Experience of financial accounting in a complex business
Experience of using a complex accounting system
Proven ability to prioritise workload and ensure the accuracy of multiple deliverables within tight timeframes
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability for resolving queries and preparing ad-hoc analysis
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business
