No day will be the same, and whilst the work can be demanding, we encourage you to take a proactive approach, working alongside a highly caring and committed team.

You ll be happy to work independently whilst following processes, as well as collaboratively as part of the wider Finance and Business Support Team. Our ideal candidate will be extremely organised with a keen eye for detail. Being able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills will be vital as the successful candidate will need to communicate clearly with colleagues and key stakeholders across The Trust, and external suppliers.
An AAT Level 3 qualification as well as experience and/or knowledge of school finance would be advantageous but not essential. We are proud that we are a single organisation where professional development and growth is supported and celebrated. We invest in our colleagues and want you to feel professionally nourished in your role and we would be happy to support you in achieving an AAT qualification.

This is a role where you will have a profound impact on the future of our children. If you are someone who feels inspired by our mission and values and wants to be part of a Trust where everything begins and ends with children, this could be the role for you!
If you are excited about this role but your past experiences looks a little different to what we ve identified, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may just be the perfect candidate!
