Broadgate are proud to be partnered with a global foreign exchange and international payments business. As one of the key players in finance, you will manage and grow the finance function and collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Management of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), SaaS metrics and company mission goals.
• Ownership of the FP&A Function and oversight of hiring models, revenue models, income and balance sheet models and all related analysis.
• Ownership of the Accounting Function including invoicing, dunning, expenses, payroll, tax, R&D Credits, treasury, management accounts in multi-currency.
• Producing board packs, and overseeing investor relations and regulatory reporting
• You will run bespoke costings, ROI, budget analysis of products and services, and you will be integral in pricing discussions
• Assist in the expansion of the team, alongside training and coaching.

About You:

• You have 8+ years of a strong track record as a Senior Finance Manager or Head of Finance.
• Experience within a SaaS, Payments, or FinTech environment.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or ICAEW equivalent qualification
• Legal expertise in negotiating legal & contractual agreements for suppliers, partners and clients is essential.
