Job Description
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance department, managing 4 members of staff
- Be the lead person in finance for the annual report
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organisation's goals.
- Oversee financial operations, budget forecasts and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Advise the senior leadership team on financial planning and risk management.
- Drive efficiency and improvements in financial processes.
