Description

The key responsibilities of a Finance Business Partnerwill include, but may not be limited to;

  • Support the financial planning and strategy of the organisation.
  • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Manage financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve financial objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the organisation.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Not for Profit and Charities background desirable.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to commute to Wythenshawe.
