Description
The key responsibilities of a Finance Business Partnerwill include, but may not be limited to;
- Support the financial planning and strategy of the organisation.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Manage financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare financial reports and present findings to senior management.
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the organisation.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Not for Profit and Charities background desirable.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Able to commute to Wythenshawe.
