Description
- Supporting decision-making processes by providing robust financial information
- Helping to drive financial performance and strategic planning
- Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to ensure financial understanding across the organisation
- Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of financial reports
- Identifying and implementing process improvements within the finance function
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional qualification in accountancy, such as ACCA or CIMA
- Experience in financial modelling and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to present financial data
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements
