Finance Business Partner required to join a unique not-for-profit organisation based in Liverpool for a 3 to 6 month interim assignment. My client is looking for a committed and highly motivated individual who is an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic and supportive Finance function.
As the Finance Business Partner you will report to the Head of Finance and support the wider finance team. This will include financial planning maters, monthly management accounts and other duties below;
Key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner
- Work closely with all subsidiaries of the business and advise on best ways to spend money.
- Support with long term strategic plans for the organisation.
- Provide models with analysis to Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
- Incorporate long term financial planning into budgets, performance and reporting.
- Support Senior Management when advising the Board on financial viability.
- Liaise with external experts when appropriate.
Required skills and experience of the Finance Business Partner
- Ideally ACCA/CIMA/CCAB qualified/QBE
- Significant Management Accounts experience
- Not-for-profit experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Good problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work well within a team but also work autonomously
- High level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload whilst meeting strict deadlines
