Job
As Finance Business Partner you will be involved with the following:
- Conducting financial analyses to aid business decisions & process improvements
- Generating accurate & polished monthly management account reports
- Undertaking thorough variance analysis compared to budgets & forecasts
- Delivering detailed financial & accounting reports to budget managers
- Guiding budget managers in fully understanding their financials, policies, & procedures
- Playing a key role in financial planning, forecasting, & budgeting by offering detailed cost & revenue analysis & aiding in budget & forecast preparation
- Upholding budgetary control, accounting practices, & reporting standards in line with best practices & financial guidelines
- Leading the enhancement of management information tools, reports, & systems to meet & continuously improve reporting needs
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations as required
- Contributing to the development of daily cash flow forecasts
- Designing & documenting business processes & accounting policies
- Aiding in the refinement & efficiency of financial procedures, reporting, & systems
- Assisting the Finance Director with finance-related projects & in presenting reports to senior management & board members
You
As Finance Business Partner you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:
