This role is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
- Assist the finance team with day-to-day tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and financial record maintenance.
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts payable.
- Expenses, mileage claims, credit cards processing.
- Assisting in cleansing and reconciling data in preparation of new system processes implementation.
- Filing and coding.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
The Successful Applicant will be;
- Immediately available or available within short notice.
- Relevant finance experience or accounting qualification.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
