Job Description
The Finance Administrator will;
- Downloading information and recording on relevant databases and trackers.
- Housekeeping of data/files on local drive.
- Email mailbox maintenance - high volume.
- Processing of Real Estate Account invoices into property database.
- Supporting Real Estate team with progress on workload backlog.
- Adhoc duties assigned by team leader / team manager.
A Successful Finance Administrator Should Have
- An educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Computer literate - proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication & organisational skills, working with a direct team of 10.
- Customer Focused.
- Basic knowledge in Finance & Accounting, experience such as e.g. Purchase or Sales Ledger, data entry - desirable experience within Real Estate / property.
- Effective and productive in a face paced environment.
The Finance Administrator will be offered;
- An estimated hourly wage range of 13.50 - 16.50.
- 3 month temporary, potential to extend
