p>Job Role: Field Service Engineer Reporting to: Service Supervisor

Position Overview: This role primarily involves conducting machine diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across a diverse range of machinery. As a customer-facing position within the Service sector, it requires establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships. Upholding a professional image, presenting service solutions, and regular liaison with relevant stakeholders are integral to this role. The overarching objective is to deliver a world-class customer service experience.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30. Overtime is available after 8 hours, with the first 4 hours paid at time and a half, followed by double time (daily rate).

Requirements:

NVQ Level 2, 3, or equivalent qualification with experience in the construction, HGV, or agriculture heavy plant machinery sectors, including servicing and maintenance.

Proficiency in hydraulic systems (open and closed loop), axles, transmissions (manual and power shift), cam-bus electrical systems, and working knowledge of relevant machinery.

Portfolio of relevant certifications/achievements.

Full UK driving license.
