**Responsibilities:**

2. **Curriculum Development:** Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Physical Education curriculum, ensuring alignment with the needs and interests of our diverse student body.
3. **Extra-Curricular Activities:** Actively participate in and lead extra-curricular sports and physical activities, encouraging female student involvement and promoting a positive and active school culture.
4. **Assessment and Progress Monitoring:** Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their physical and academic development.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- Experience teaching Physical Education at the secondary level.
- Passion for promoting physical activity and well-being among students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a team-oriented teaching environment.
