Fa ade Manager

250- 350 per day

Long term contract (potential to move permanent)

A Tier 1 contractor is looking for a Fa ade Manager who is an expert with Traditional Brick Fa ade to come on to a new build mixed-used development project valued at 50M.

You will be delivering a tower ranging from 3-12 storeys including, 300+ high-end rooms, commercial and retail spaces. The development will also provide 15,000 sq ft of workspace, and space available for local community groups.

Key Responsibilities:

-        Managing and overseeing subcontractors to ensure the quality of construction is in line with the design and specification

-        Quality Assurance

-        Providing weekly/monthly progress reports

-        Ensure that the fa ade design aligns with the overall architectural design requirements

-        Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues during the construction phase

-        Collaborate with other project managers, construction teams, and consultants to ensure seamless integration

Key Job Details:

-        Traditional Brick Fa ade

-        Project consists of residential, retail/commercial and work spaces

-        High density project delivery

Candidate must haves:

-        Proven experience with traditional brick fa ade

-        Must have worked on residential towers

-        Experience with scaffolding

-        Extensive experience of  Quality Assurance (QA)

-        SMSTS

-        CSCS

-        First Aid
