strong>Expert Practitioner - Public Sector - 630p/d (Inside of IR35) - London - Hybrid

Public Sector Client now requires an Expert Practitioner to help develop their brand-new Learning and Development Strategy to boost their Digital Education and Career Development!

The Expert Practitioner will be collaborating with the central Digital Skills/Strategy Teams to ensure cohesive strategies and effective collaboration in delivering this service.

The ideal Expert Practitioner will have the following skills/knowledge:

• Learning & Capability/Training strategy (specifically Digital/Data)
• Digital/Data Career knowledge
• Operating Model/shared service expertise
• Previously worked on Learning and Development Strategies
• Strong Background working within the Public Sector
• Strong interpersonal skills

This role would require you to be onsite 2-3 days per week in their office in Central London.
