My client a charity providing free care and support to adults who have a life-limiting illnesses are looking for an Executive Assistant/Administrator in the Waterlooville area.
Duties
General Administration duties
Creating reports
Management of desk and meeting room bookings
Ensuring that meeting rooms are kept presentable when not in use.
Greeting and directing guests and contractors to areas of work or meeting locations.
Proactively manage and prioritize the complex schedules of multiple executives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visa requirements.
Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications, handling them with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Assist with the coordination and planning of meetings, conferences, and events, both in-person and virtually.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
Previous Administration and Executive Assistant experience is essential
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
This role is a temp to perm position and is paying between 12.50 - 15 per hour.
