- You will have to go through vetting for the role
- Experience with general desk side support and physical Desktop PC installations
- Experience with a previous large scale Windows migration project a plus
- Experience with SCCM builds or MEM Builds.
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Pays great attention to detail
- Excellent experience with supporting Windows 10
- Excellent customer facing skills, comfortable working with all different levels of staff
- Good communication skills
