Urgent Requirement –Estates Officer – Birmingham – 3 months initially

Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Estates Officer in the Birmingham area.  This will originally be a temporary role, paying between £22 - £25 per hour depending on experience.

The role will involve:

• Being responsible for contractors on a daily basis
• Tendering and allocating contractors based on their suitability for certain programs
• Maintaining mechanical and electrical works in line with strict standards
• Ensuring compliance surveys are being completed in regards to asbestos, legionella, electrical and fire
• Organising and allocating work on small capital projects
• Ensuring work is completed in line with Health and Safety standards

The successful candidate will have experience of overseeing contractors and compliance across a large commercial site previously.
