Radius is seeking a ERP Transformation Data Lead Contractor for their client based in London. This is for an initial 6mth contract outside IR35. The role needs someone who can commute to East London easily. Experience of Oracle Fusion a plus but any ERP system will be fine.

Data is an integral part of the success of the ERP implementation and needs to be identified, cleansed and mapped correctly ahead of the migration from Sun to Oracle

Data provisioning encapsulates these activities which are the focus of the ERP Data workstream

1.ERP Finance Data lead with proven experience in ERP Finance Data migration to drive data readiness and execution activities in preparation for Go live

2.The ERP Finance data lead will be critical to mitigate data migration risks. The role will be central to resolving critical data quality issues across all six entities in preparation for Go live

3.The role will report to ERP Programme director and also have a dotted line report to each of the entity Finance Directors/Heads of Finance

4.The individual should have a strong Finance and Accounting background and someone who have worked extensively in ERP transformation programmes from a Data readiness and migration perspective

Lead and develop the Data Cleanse and Migration strategy, approach and processes for Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud in conjunction with stakeholders

Recommends best practice in terms of workflows for data identification, cleansing, verification and migration across the ERP programme lifecycle

Drives data identification and cleansing processes, including the coordination of pre and post load business sign off including managing prioritisation of critical data quality issues for ERP Go live

Lead on defining and providing status updates on ERP data quality readiness and migration to Programme leadership

Partners with Finance and IT departments to ensure that Oracle ERP master data design and is aligned to best practice and our business requirements

Contribute to the development of the ERP Data Governance strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Finance and IT function

Lead the definition, documentation and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Data standards related to material master data, reference ERP data and meta-data ensuring approval by relevant stakeholders

Assist in the design and creation of Data Governance forums to ensure effective processes and procedures to ensure that each data asset is governed through-out its lifecycle

Finance and Accounting background with significant experience in leading and driving ERP Data migration strategy, data readiness approaches, concepts, and processes

Demonstrable knowledge of working with Finance teams to understand how business data requirements support ERP processes and analytics, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to business users

Demonstrable Oracle working knowledge across transactions and reporting in an Oracle environment including an understanding of how data integrates within an Oracle solution architecture

In depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion cloud implementation programme and key PTP, CTC and RTR process knowledge or any other ERP system.
