ERP Project Manager - Netsuite, Procure to Pay (P2P), Fixed Asset, Data Migration.

My Education client is seeking a dynamic, technically astute and seasoned professional ERP Project Manager with expertise in Netsuite Procure to Pay (P2P), Fixed Asset Implementations AS WELL AS having Data Migration hands-on skills The ideal Netsuite Business Analyst will have 3+ years solid ERP/Netsuite experience.

We require a Project Manager (with experience of data migration as part of an end-to-end NetSuite implementation) who will oversee the deployment of the following modules in NetSuite:

• P2P Procure to Pay (including electronic payment formats and bank reconciliation)
• Record to Report
• Fixed Assets Management/Lease accounting

Working UK & Middle East clients.

As we'll only have two users of NetSuite, we don't require a dedicated trainer, but it would be useful for the candidate to be able to work with the users through the standard processes for each of the modules.

STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS A MUST.

The Finance Systems team is responsible for the ongoing design, delivery, operation and optimisation of the NetSuite finance platform and solutions across the Cognita group of companies. The team has resources based in each Cognita geographic region and acts as the focal point for all support services for that region in addition to its wider global programme of work. Cognita's Finance Transformation Programme is one of the most important strategic transformation projects underway today, and will enable business teams to better manage all aspects of the Finance life cycle, from PtP, RtR, FAM and OtC, as well as streamlining the Group Financial and Management reporting and analysis processes. The principal solution is NetSuite ERP system and will replace a myriad of Legacy systems globally.

Person Spec:

• In depth knowledge and implementation experience of MOST OF THE FOLLOWING NetSuite modules including Record to Report, P2P Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Fixed Assets Management.
• Working knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and scheduled scripts.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making ability.
• Must be able to work independently and as a global team player.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility & foster collaborative relationships across functional and geographically dispersed teams
• Demonstrate multiple NetSuite end to end implementation experience.
• Multiple years' experience of system design/architecture in cloud-based solutions including NetSuite OneWorld.
• Multiple Finance ERP systems implementations - in complex regional or global brown-field environments.
• Sound experience of full software delivery life cycle including capturing business requirements, developing solutions, user testing & training, post go-live support and optimisation.
• Experience of integrating Finance packages with other strategic solutions such as CRM and eCommerce platforms
• Strong experience on configuration and execution of NetSuite OneWorld implementation preferably in a global deployment
