Our Public Sector client in Cambridgeshire is seeking an Interim Employee Relations Manager (ER) with exceptional case and operational management experience.

You will be leading a team of ER Advisors in the handling of complex Employee Relations cases (ER), such as sickness/absence management, grievance, disciplinary and performance management. You will also be directly involved in the management of complex and escalated cases.

Our client is looking for someone with a Public Sector background, e.g. Local Authority, NHS or Central Government.

This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of on-site and remote working.
