A highly accomplished Enterprise Change SME/Consultant is required for an initial 6 - 12 month month contract with our leading financial services client in the West Midlands.

The role will be hybrid working - with 2 days a week onsite in Warwickshire.

The day rate is highly competitive (Inside IR35).

The successful candidate will be a seasoned Enterprise Change SME with a Consultancy/financial services background and expertise/many years experience of managing change - specifically organisation change and service model work - expertise in enterprise level change is essential.

The role is to work on a high-level piece of work that will last 1-2 years, the first year being the most important.

Our client is looking for someone who can manage change holistically, review the programme management design execution. 

Our client is moving towards being an Enterprise organisation, and they need to conduct a detailed review of their enterprise change capability from how they develop their blueprints, roadmaps, cultures & behaviours, financial planning. This is to be conducted across their IT platform which is multi-functional, multi platforms.   

As a result, they have created a programme called Excellence in Change.  This programme will be responsible for how they change their enterprise capability, how do they do change management better across their IT, test, environment. At the same time, Group Change are undertaking a review of their entire service design work with a view of creating an enterprise change capability.

We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager who has expertise in enterprise level change and who has had responsibility for creating an operating model and completed Service Design work.

Must have experience in Service Design organisational model changes within a change function.
