Responsibilities include shaping the strategic direction of the technology landscape, collaborating with stakeholders within and outside of IT, aligning with business architecture, creating roadmaps based on the target architecture, establishing governance over the technology landscape, ensuring secure solutions, and staying abreast of emerging technology trends to influence future roadmaps.
Qualifications for this role include an IT-related degree or equivalent, experience within Higher Education.
Significant experience at a senior level as an Enterprise Architect in a large complex organization is required.
The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of various technologies, encompassing applications, data, network/infrastructure, and security.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including facilitation, negotiation, and conflict management, are essential. Additionally, leadership and mentoring experience is crucial, as this role involves leading the architecture function.
