We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Tutor to join the team of Remedy Tutors. As an English Tutor, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the language skills of our diverse student population in Bromley.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of varying abilities and ages.
• Tailor lesson plans to accommodate students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and English as an Additional Language (EAL) requirements.
• Assess student's progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident to express themselves.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to student development.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and adapt them to meet the needs of individual students.
• Provide additional support and guidance to students preparing for English language examinations.

Requirements:

• Possess a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and English as an Additional Language (EAL).
• Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Exhibit a passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on student's lives.
• Showcase creativity and flexibility in lesson planning, adapting to different learning styles and abilities.
• Maintain a patient and empathetic approach when working with students facing learning challenges.
