They offer a full range of facilities services in heating, ventilation, electrical and air conditioning, with the majority of clients in the education, managed buildings and public spaces.
This is a role where no 2 days are the same, you will be responsible for the logistics and planning of Engineers / Sub-contractors across the site, monitor and review service requests, invoicing, monthly / quarterly audits, update system checks and general ad-hoc administrative tasks. This is a Monday to Friday, office based position.
This role would suit an Administrator or similar with a background in scheduling or co-ordination looking to join a growing company with massive growth plans, who prioritise their staff, develop them into leaders and allow you to work in a stable Monday to Friday role.

The Role

- Ensuring client SLA's are adhered to
- General ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Monday - Friday - 40 hour week
- 23 days plus Bank Holidays
- Administrator or similar
- Background in scheduling / co-ordination
- Commutable to Cardiff
