Aqua-Tech Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in the construction and management of a gas-to-power energy plant.

Job Overview:

As the Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical activities on-site to ensure the successful completion of the gas-to-power energy plant project. Your primary focus will be on high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, coupled with relevant experience in HV/LV systems.

Responsibilities:

   - Lead and coordinate all electrical activities on the construction site.

   - Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

   - Collaborate with other project managers and teams to achieve project milestones.  -     - Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.

   - Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.

   - Ensure the proper functioning of HV/LV systems to meet project requirements.

   - Supervise and mentor electrical teams on-site.

   - Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.

   - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

- A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on energy plant projects.

- In-depth knowledge of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems.

- Possession of a valid CSCS card is essential along with EITHER CITB, SSSTS, SMSTS Certificate/training.
