Summary: The Lead Electrical Engineer (Shift) role is focused on overseeing maintenance operations within a critical/data centre environment in London. The position requires a skilled Electrical Engineer with supervisory experience to manage electrical equipment and support on-site technicians. The role involves both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all electrical systems are functioning optimally. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the PPM programme and reactive tasks as needed.
- Maintain all electrical equipment, including emergency lighting, wiring, lighting systems, power distribution units, control panels, and electrical circuits.
- Report to the Technical Services Manager and update maintenance logs accurately.
- Accurately report all completed work orders, including critical spares/stock items used.
- Support and oversee on-site shift technicians.
Key Skills:
- Level 3 Electrical City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent - Essential.
- 3-5 years Facilities Maintenance experience - Essential.
- Experience in Data Centre or Critical Environment operations and/or supervisory experience in an FM role.
- HV Authorised desired but not essential.

Lead Electrical Shift Engineer required for our maintenance team based in London, EC2M, near to Liverpool Street Tube Station.This position would suit an Electrical shift Engineer with supervision / lead experience within a critical/data centre environment.
Working hours: 7am - 7pm // 7pm - 7am 4 ON 4 OFF
General Duties include (not limited to):
- PPM programme.
- Reactive tasks as applicable.
- Maintaining all Electrical equipment, plant and assets, for example: Emergency lighting, wiring, lighting systems, power distribution units, control panels, and electrical circuits.
- Reporting into Technical Services Manager.
- Update maintenance logs accurately.
- Accurately reporting of all completed work orders, including precise recording of any critical spares/stock items used during these task.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
