Job Description: The role of Interim Ecommerce Director involves leading a large-scale retail organization's digital transformation over a six-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a customer-centric eCommerce strategy aligned with wider business goals
  • Lead a high-performing team of c.30 FTE across eCommerce and digital marketing
  • Own commercial performance across digital channels, improving conversion, UX/UI, personalisation, and customer journeys
  • Oversee a multi-million-pound acquisition budget, optimising CPA and marketing ROI
  • Develop and deliver a robust product roadmap for digital platforms
  • Champion and enhance data-driven decision-making via analytics, CRO, SEO, tagging and performance insights
