Position Overview: As an EYE, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 0-5 years. Your Level 3 qualification or Early Year Educator (EYE) certification, coupled with your passion for early education, will be instrumental in delivering outstanding care and education to our young learners.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
Cultivate an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all children.
Assess and monitor children's development and progress.
Foster positive partnerships with parents and guardians.
Maintain a Clean, Safe, And Organised Classroom Environment.Requirements
Level 3 qualification or certified as an EYE.
Genuine dedication to working with young children.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Flexibility to work across private and mainstream school settings.
Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).We recognize and reward the expertise and commitment of our Early Year Educators. Your salary will be commensurate with your skills and experience in the education and training sector.
