My client is a very successful Sub- Contractor that specialise in Dry Lining, Externals and Internals. They have worked with some of the UK's top tier 1 contractors and have built a solid reputation in the industry. They cover both the commercial and residential sectors

Job role 

They require Dry Lining Site Managers to oversee a large 7-8m Dry lining and internals package for a large apartment build in central Manchester. You will be required to oversee and drive the trades on site to meet project deadlines according to on site H&S protocol. You will also be working with a team of Supervisors and Commercial staff. This contract has the potential for 12 months plus duration.

Experience required

- Strong background across build and refurbishment (A strong dry lining knowledge and background is essential)

- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work (minimum requirements)

- Must be able to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks

- Must be confident in conducting site, and progress meetings

- Be able to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and to budget

- Motivate Sub-contractors and trades on site

- Produce regular and clear progress reports
