Working alongside 1st line and 2nd Line IT Service Desk support teams, you'll be first point of contact for all technical related incidents and Service requests, logging customer queries received either by telephone, email or other sources, in a clear and effective manner. You will demonstrate technical ability by troubleshooting customer issues and resolving those issues to the end users' satisfaction.
A valid DBS will be required for the role, as well as relevant helpdesk experience, and a knowledge of IT terms.
