Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead

Location: Hybrid (West London)

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Day Rate: Up to 500 (Inside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize digital strategies to achieve marketing and commercial goals.
  • Drive customer acquisition and upselling/cross-selling through paid and owned media channels.
  • Lead end-to-end media and creative planning, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive a digital-first creative transformation and strategy, promoting best practices and fostering innovation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Experts.
  • Cultivate a culture of psychological safety and team empowerment.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brand marketing teams, commercial and trading teams, digital product owners, media agencies, and media partners.
  • Promote a culture of data-led thinking within the team.
  • Provide insights on campaign and channel performance to business stakeholders.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong grounding in paid digital marketing.
  • People management in a matrixed organization.
  • Strategy development, particularly in marketing strategy, owned media, and CRM push.
  • Extensive knowledge of account management and account development through the Google stack and other video, social media and CRM platforms.
