p>Fraser Carver Recruitment are working with a dynamic FinTech company who are aligned to the property sector and we are looking for a highly driven digital marketing executive to join the team to cover maternity leave. The contract will be on a fixed term basis for c.9-12 months although for the right individual there could be the prospect of a permanent role at the end of the term.
As Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies. To enhance brand awareness, generate leads and drive business growth. You will be responsible for CRM management, email marketing as well as supporting the wider team with content creation, social media, and website management. You are a creative and analytical marketer with a passion for driving results.
Main responsibilities
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, design and scheduling.
- Ownership and optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive automation of marketing activities in support of the Sales and Product teams, and other departments.
- Planning and executing the ideation and support for video content to support campaigns.
- Support in the end-to-end delivery of key strategic propositions from development through to delivery across all channels, keeping the company message fresh and appropriate for current products/services - in support of Smoove s overall Marketing Strategy.
- Curate engaging, high-quality content for various marketing channels including blog posts, newsletters, social media, email, and website content.
- Ensure content aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.
- Monitoring and optimise marketing activity against performance indicators, demonstrating return on investment (sales growth and market share) and regularly reporting on progress against KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, keep up to date with industry publications, competitor analysis, market trends and use internal data insights to inform marketing campaigns.
- Continuous exploration of marketing solutions that can assist in new market opportunities, communication, and customer engagement.
- Support with the project management of campaigns driving efficiencies and a cohesive campaign delivery.
Experience Required:
- Salesforce experience with 2+ years of Marketing Cloud experience
- Experience editing HTML templates.
- Experience building dynamic content within HTML templates.
- Good understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an email marketing/ digital marketing role.
- Experience supporting end-to-end B2B integrated campaigns.
- Experience driving reach, lead generation and engagement across social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience and data management and segmentation.
- Experience of updating content using a website CMS
- Copywriting and design skills.
This role will be predominantly remote, although the team typically get together once a month in the offices near Oxford. You may also occcasionally meet the Head of Marketing/ Senior Marketing Manager in London too.
