Advantage are recruiting on behalf of an established engineering client for a Digital Marketing Communications Specialist on an initial 9 month contract.
This is a hybrid working role requiring 2 days onsite in Peterborough
This is a fantastic opportunity to support our client's digital marketing strategy working within the global communications team to strengthen the current digital activity and introduce new channel activity with new Marketing Tech platforms.
You'll identify the digital communication needs, establish different communication strategies accordingly and bring them to life through creative and engaging content.
We're seeking candidates who can offer Multi-channel experience with an understanding of marketing technology (MarTech) platforms (eg Salesforce, Google Analytics, Datorama, social media etc). You'll also need to demonstrate Project management and execution skills.
Responsibilities:
- To execute our global digital marketing strategy and provide recommendations for our digital activity based on data-driven insights
- Support in campaigns; planning through to measured tracking of key digital activity throughout sales funnel, including:
- Email marketing - database management and segmentation, campaign execution
- Social media - planning and deriving engaging content and advocacy
- Search/SEO - SEO strategy and performance
- Webinar - deliver webinar channel activity
- Website - user experience and optimization
- Trade/Affiliate - understanding and implementing partner opportunities
- Paid advertising - reviewing opportunities for search and social paid advertising
- Utilizing key MarTech platforms, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, Datorama, Moz, Eloqua, social media platforms and Sprout Social,website content management system Drupal.
- Define digital channel best practice and recommendations for channel/activity gaps and continuous improvement
- Supporting in content marketing strategy and providing recommendations for engaging content, optimized for channel type
- Analyse and communicate regular insights to wider marketing team and report on campaign performance
- To support in planning and execution of upcoming projects
- Continually review MarTech platform opportunities and improve usage of existing MarTech platforms
- Stay on the leading edge of emerging digital communication trends and learn how to use them effectively to meet communications goals.
