Digital Learning Experience Designer - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35
Our client are currently looking to hire a Digital Learning Experience Designer to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis.
In this role you will be responsible for designing the next generation of learner journeys that provide an up-to-date, inspiring, and digitally supported learning experience and effective learning outcomes. You will lead on the design and development of learner journeys that expand the market appeal of a range of English-language learning products for adults.
Accountabilities:
You will:
- Gain clear understanding of organisation and business goals, and product strategy
- Research and analyse to achieve a deep understanding of our existing, and future, customers, their goals, desires and needs, to inform the development of new product offers and features.
- Engage and influence key stakeholders from global, regional, and country teaching, operations, marketing, insights, sales and customer management teams to understand market profiles and operational opportunities and constraints, turning business goals and user needs into product experiences.
Knowledge & Expertise:
Essential:
- 2+ years of experience of new digital learning product development, with a clear learner-centric, mobile and digital content-first approach.
- Digital product design skills, cross-platform, with relevant knowledge/experience of tools and techniques.
- Experience of application development process/lifecycle, preferably in an educational context, evidence of concept to launch capabilities (research and requirement gathering, writing functional and technical specifications, managing release cycle, UAT/QA).
- Experience of using data from all levels, and data analysis tools to inform design decisions.
- Experience of agile working, able to work autonomously, and with experience of working with a dispersed global team and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of the education, technology and edtech industry and market trends, and vision for where it should be going.
