Our client is seeking a Digital Content Designer on an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
Pay Rate: 300.00 Per Day PAYE
Start Date: ASAP, 3 Month Contract

Job Purpose:
As a Digital Content Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing communications and content for service users as well as developing our website and working closely with HR to deliver our internal recruitment marketing needs. Moreover, you will research best practices and explore communication channels to encourage meaningful engagement with the Trust and local communities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop the Trust's digital marketing and communication channels, holding responsibility for the content plan, working to deliver and feed recommendations into communication and content strategy.
- Content creation and promotion through social media, email campaigns, and other channels to increase reach and engagement with the public.
- Create engaging, user-centric content that is considered and appropriate within this setting, enabling access to service and clear signposting to other support to manage demand.
- Develop the recruitment site as an integral part of the Trusts website and promote job opportunities.
- Ensure content and designs meet web accessibility standards and government guidelines.
- Continuously analyse user feedback, metrics, and analytics to improve content.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with all colleagues, stakeholders and end users.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrate understanding of the Trust's unique challenges, communication needs, and diverse audience demographics.
- Experience within a similar role, possibly within the public sector.
- Understands various communication channels including social media.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and strong HTML and Search Engine Optimization knowledge.
- She has demonstrated the ability to create visually compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset to interpret web analytics data and drive content strategy improvements.
