Overview of tasks / responsibilities

• Supporting the Digital Transformation programme e.g. process mapping, requirements gathering, running workshops etc..
• Supporting 2 specific projects:
  
  
  
  • 1. AI workstream
    
    
    
    • Support market analysis and assessment of a range of AI tools and opportunities
    • Working with case teams to map use cases for AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Business case development
    • Supporting activities to prepare for and implement Microsoft AI tools e.g. Co-Pilot
    
    
  • 2. Case Management
    
    
    
    • Continuing work to map processes and requirements for corporate case management needs and CRM capabilities.
